Terrible Company

I paid for expedited delivery. it took them 6 days to just process the order. My Mom died from pneumonia. There was a good chance If they would have got the unit to her in a timely fashion she probably wouldn't have gotten pneumonia. She never even had a chance to use the unit.

Great O2 concentrator

This was the second I ordered, mostly as a backup. My first which is still in use has been fine. Great customer service, no problem.

great machine

I received the machine in good order with clear instructions . I charged the battery for 6 hours as instructed and then used the machine the next day. I should mention that I got the double battery and was extremely pleased that it lasted over 13 hours! I would like to mention that when it is fully charged you should disconnect the battery from the concentrator or it will lose some of its charge (approximately 9 percent) in a 4 to 8 hour period.
All in all I love the concentrator and the freedom that it gives me to get out and do things that I used to do without dragging around an oxygen bottle cart and carrying spares in my back seat if I wish to stay out over 2 hours or so.
