Improved Frame & Headgear
Current Rio users can make substantial changes to the sturdy design of the Rio II frame and headgear. The headgear is lighter and more compact and provides a much more comfortable fit, whereas the frame is more secure with cheek pads included.
Easy Fitting
The simple design has only 2 points of adjustment: a highly adjustable split back strap and two Velcro fasteners. It is possible to extend the split rear strap separately for a looser fit or shorten it for a tighter fit. The Velcro fasteners add an extra layer of adjustment. Moreover, to help ensure the best match, the Rio II Mask comes with three sets of nasal pillows.

Since I no longer have insurance, I could no longer go through the company I used before. I was very surprised that it is actually less expensive and I received the exact same name brand CPAP supplies. I am extremely happy with this company and I will continue to purchase my supplies through them once I do get insurance again. I am a VERY happy customer!!
No problem with the pillow mask...except the straps that go over/around my head are not long enough. I had to cut them and sew in an additional inch of material for all straps in order to use the mask. Should be a warning that mask is not suitable for people with larger heads. Thank you.
