CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason please call us immediately at 855-664-6763. 

Once the order has a tracking number, the order cannot be cancelled.

Orders cannot be canceled via email, chat or ticket.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

No Insurance Medical supplies will accept returns on most unopened product within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase excluding batteries.

No Insurance Medical Supplies will not accept returns on any opened hygienic items.

Batteries are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/ unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item MUST be in the original packaging.

When sending a return back to our facility be sure to notate the order number on the return label or on a note included in the box.

A 20% returns processing fee along with shipping charge will be subtracted from the original cost and a refund for the difference will be issued except for products from certain manufacturers. There will be a 30% returns processing fee from the following manufacturers: Anodyne, Ardo, Contour, Detecto, Endure, Graham Field, Life Corporation, and Vive.

No Insurance Medical supplies will accept returns on merchandise sold with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase and send a replacement immediately.

Anything that is found to be defective outside of the 30-day return window will be treated as a RMA repair and will go to the manufacturer for repair.

Mask sizes vary, even between the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear a medium in another.

****When returning an item or sending a machine in for repair, include a detailed note in the return box stating the reason for the return along with your order number.

 

 REPAIRS

 ***Please be aware that any unit exposed to smoke will be sent back to the purchaser without being repaired or replaced as smoking near any respiratory machine voids the warranty. 

Timeframes for repairs may vary. Due to worldwide shortages on some parts, manufacturers can take 6 months to repair some units. 

***Please note repair facilities do not offer timeframes on repairs or updates. When the repair is complete, someone from our team will contact you to confirm your shipping address before sending the repaired unit back.

 

Repairs for units made by Pari, Veridian, Spectra, or Lumin are handled by the customer with the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return labels are only sent within 30 days of your purchase if the unit is found to be faulty within that timeframe or an improper item was sent.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
