During the holiday season delivery times are not guaranteed


No Insurance Medical Supplies offers FREE Shipping for orders in the continental United States. Free ground shipping can be up to 7 business days depending on the shipping destination. The dates shown at checkout are estimates.

The minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping is $99.00 dollars.

Most orders placed in the Continental United States over $99.00 dollars will ship for free unless you choose other expedited options.

Free UPS Next Day Air Delivery - Shipping Policy

  • A valid prescription is required before shipping any portable oxygen concentrator.
  • Orders and prescriptions must be submitted by 1 PM EST to qualify for same-day shipment/ next day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship on the next business day. 
  • Orders placed on Friday (before 1 PM EST) will be delivered the next business day (Monday).
  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
  • Delivery occurs the business day following shipment.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions.
  • Free Next Day Delivery applies only to new portable oxygen concentrators.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped out on the following business day excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. EST are shipped out the following Monday.
  • You will be notified of your shipping status via email
    This is why it is important to provide us with an email address when checking out.
  • Please note: Order processing may take up to a 10 days on certain products.
  • Ground shipping quotes are estimates. Only UPS 2day and UPS overnight are guaranteed.
