The settings were not programmed to my prescription, despite your company requesting a copy of the prescription before purchase. Luckily, I checked the settings and corrected them before use. Still, someone with less experience with the machines might have had some difficulty and possible bad health side effects.

After a few weeks, and a few very frustrating phone calls with customer service, the machine I originally ordered arrived. Initially the wrong machine was sent. CS seemed annoyed with me calling. The various people I spoke to were unfriendly and unprofessional. The communication was poor. I couldn’t recommend your company to potential customers.

Really delighted I did not need a new prescription before ordering. New unit arrive in great shape and went into service right away. Old unit crossed the line into "Motor has exceeded usable life" so I was very happy to be able to replace it without any inconvenience whatsoever.

I received my machine in a the time that they told me it would be here. I have been using it since I had my doctor office set the pressure on it. I wish that you company could have set the pressure on before they sent it to me. So far it's worked great. Im very happy with it and I loved the price that I paid for it.
