Instructions
For Cold Therapy- Unbox the cold pack
- Lay the cold pack flat in a freezer
- Freeze the cold pack for at least two hours
- When completely frozen, remove the cold pack from the freezer
- Place a towel between your skin and the cold pack
- Apply the cold pack to your injured area
For Heat Therapy- Heat pack in microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until warm. Do not exceed 150 degrees
