I specifically ordered the Spirit Deluxe Chinstrap. What I received was another brand’s deluxe chinstrap. The reason I ordered the Spirit brand is because I do not like the other brands product. We didn’t find out we received the other brand as we took it on vacation still in the packaging. When we got here (on vacation) and opened the product, we were stuck and had no other options but to use this product. The problem is the other product provide a poor match and my wife’s CPAP numbers are back in the 20’s and we can’t find anything available in our area (out of the country). Really upset. ~ Bob
