Both batteries arrived in a timely manner and was as expected.
When I ordered the battery as a back up for our 4 day trip, I was disappointed to see it would arrive on the day we were leaving early in the morning. I reached out to you and asked if you could get it a day earlier to me. You made it happen and I was relieved and thrilled not to worry about the battery running out while enjoying my days. It's a battery what else can I say. I bought them as backup for my device. The power went out a few weeks ago and it came backi onthe knick of time just as my device battery was drained. Pretty scary. At least now I have up to 12 + hours should that happen again,

I needed extra batteries to satisfy airline requirements and your company had the best price, quickest delivery and kindest customer service.
