The top-of-head hose connection is situated on a 360-degree swivel, allowing a full range of motion without breaking the seal. So go ahead! Toss and turn and move about, all while taking advantage of a possibly more reliable seal. By placing the hose connection on top of the head, it eliminates much of the bulk found with the front of the mask. By removing the bulk, you may be less likely to feel claustrophobic, boxed-in or closed-off.
Flexible Hollow Frame Design Easily Adapts to Larger and Smaller Faces While Minimizing Parts
The hollow frame design allows air to pass from the top-of-hose head connection, moving through the frame and directly to the cushion. The flexible frame comes in two different sizes, small and standard. It's made of flexible material designed to flex and adapt to the contours of almost any face. The hollow frame design can also accommodate side sleeping, and if one side gets closed off, air will automatically be rerouted to the open side. No matter how you sleep, the AirFit P30i has a workaround for it.

I have mixed feelings about this mask. I like the air coming into the mask from two sides. I thought that having the air tubing entering the mask from the top was a good idea. The mask itself doesn't stay on as tight as the night progresses. The reality is that none of these masks are wonderful. They are just a means to an end(better breathing). So you learn to live with the current model. Whenever I wake up after wearing the mask for a while I think of how nice it was not to have to wear a mask. They work. But that's it. They are a nuisance to be honest. But I still wear it.

Easily the most comfortable mask I've ever used you can read and watch TV comfortable you can turn around slip around your sleep doesn't interfere because the hose is at the top of your head genius design to have the air from the hose being sent through super soft comfortable thick wide gel paste straps that are so comfortable you wouldn't even call them straps and a soft gentle comfortable nasal pillow. It is the best one by a mile I've ever used I've been using a cpap for 10 years.

the head gear is very comfortable and easy to adjust. only thing kept it from 5 star is nose piece is little stiff. would be great if it was softer but still like it better than a full face
