Through no fault of No Insurance Medical Supplies an availability issue came up with my machine. The staff immediately contacted me with what my options were, and I still received my machine in 2 days. That kind of customer service is rare in today's world.
Machine works well but I’ve been unable to adjust the pressure settings.

Y'all packaged the wrong hose. Cannot attach to old mask. should it have come with a new one?
My sleep score went from 32 to 86. It was something I was not sure about how I was going to like wearing something on my face to help me breathe at night, but after a few days I started to get use to it. Waking up with energy has helped me tremendously.

I’m still going through the process of getting used to my machine, but I can feel that my sleep has improved. The RESMED II is a great machine, I use the F40 mask & it is as comfortable as can be expected. With time I believe I will perfect & accept the headset & mask combo for longer periods of time, but the issues I had before the PAP are virtually gone.

Ordered the ResMed 10, got a call telling me the 10 was being phased out and offered an 11 for the same price. Item arrived quickly. Working wonderfully. Pretty certain I'm sleeping better since I have a current machine.

I’ve ised this machine before and have rented one before. It’s actually cheaper to buy it outright rather use insurance and still have to pay to buy it after rental term was up. These guys were easy to deal with and had the lowest price.

Excellent purchasing experience. The ResMed 11 is an excellent machine. The only suggestion I have for it is that the water tank should be much larger.

The box was pre-opened but the machine didn't seemed to be used
My CPAP had crashed. When I checked with the Dr. office by the time we did yet another sleep study it would have been another 3 weeks if I was lucky to get a new one. As I explained to the Dr. I thought the sleep study was a waste of time as it was only going to tell us that I have sleep apnea, which we already knew as I have been diagnosed for more than 20 years. Placed my order on a Thursday and by the following Monday night I was back to sleeping peacefully again!
