The device that you sent to us was an upgrade, and we love it! The fear of not knowing if one is getting enough oxygen leads quickly toward depression. Store owner replied: Here is a link to the reusable foam filter which is located on the side of the device - https://noinsurancemedicalsupplies.com/products/3b-stratus-5-reusable-foam-intake-filter . It's recommended to clean the filter weekly and replace it every 6 months or sooner if the filter wears out.

Great experience! Didn't I get the unit that I ordered but an explanation was given and they sent me another brand unit. Don't know the difference between the two just know the unit that I ordered was a higher rated of the two..
