The nasal cushions were too soft and flexible and it felt sometimes that one nasal cushion had collapsed. I have switched to using a ResMed AirFit P10 mask which offers a bit more sturdy nasal cushions. I do appreciate the nasal cushion on the P10 and Philipps Fit.

The mask is difficult to breath out with if your some one that doesn't sleep with their mouth open. Did not like the mask at all. I feel like I wasted my money.

Store owner replied: First, please make sure your CPAP machine is set to the correct mask type, which should be Nasal Pillow. Also, difficulty exhaling can sometimes be caused by high mask leaks. If a significant amount of air is escaping, newer CPAP machines will automatically increase pressure to compensate, which can create a suffocating feeling or make exhaling feel more difficult. With a nasal pillow mask, excessive leaks may also indicate that you're sleeping with your mouth open.

Hose does fit the connection on top. Plus no returns….

Store owner replied: All CPAP masks use a standard connection that is compatible with all standard CPAP hoses. We recommend checking the end of your current hose to make sure there isn't a connector or adapter from your previous mask still attached inside, as this can prevent the new mask from connecting properly.

I was previously using an Resmed Airfit 10 nasal pillow mask this does have the convenience of having the hose behind your head. But overall it is more bulky and has a lot more contact with your face. I am going back to the airfit 10 mask. Now if someone actually made a working chin strap for a man with a large head. Everything is small or does not do the job of keeping your mouth closed so that you wake in mornings with irritated wife and cotton mouth.

I might want to try the cushion type, I don't get enough air flow it seems but it works okay for me. It's nothing to do with the product, that's great, it's just my needs are higher airflow I think.
