This has great air pressure and it is small.
I tried to get this nebulizer through my local medical company. My daughter needs a powerful one for her neb treatments. Her company wasn't able to get it for me. I am happy I found this company.
The pump works great and I love the nebulizer cup that came with it. No hassle. Just flip the lid open and add the solution!

This is my second nebulizer and it's great just like my first.
Nice quiet and compact unit. The breathing attachment is easily assembled and disassembled for cleaning and air drying after each use. Because of the way it is constructed, I have the impression, that it atomizes more efficiantly than a different model I used a year or so ago. My only concern is a rather flimsy piece of plastic on the top of the nozzle that is supposed to function as a valve when it is sucked in to close a hole and direct all of the medicine vapor into the breathing tube when you inhale the medicine. It seems to work however.
